The best thing my friend gave me last winter was this jar of Carmex Lip Balm. It’s actually packaged as a treatment for cold sores but they work marvelously for chapped and wind burned lips just as well. I have the 1/2 oz. jar, and two winters down the road and it’s barely half-empty.
