Nasty Nor’easter
I thought the roof would be blown off last night, what with the wind howling and barreling down the neighborhood. But we’re still lucky, our part of the cape came out relatively unscathed.
Long Island [New York] seems to have had it worse than we did. And the southern plains caught the brunt of it, flood, power outages, death and destruction. Nasty weather so late in the season, but a lot of the locals still don’t believe the whole global warming phenomena, they think it’s a load of crap and these things are just a cycle and global warming is a big BS. Hmmnnnn … I still don’t want to be here in 100 years time, who knows if there’ll even be a Cape Cod when the water rises. I certainly don’t want to find out firsthand!
