Disclose, Disclose, Disclose

This Bush administration just keeps on burying itself in trouble. I’m always inclined to be sympathetic. When they’re gone and locked up maybe.

First there was Jack Abramoff, then Valerie Plame, then the Iraq war, now there’s the firings of the federal prosecutors. But the facts keep on changing, the documents keep on missing, white house people are at the mercy of an automated system which “permanently” deletes records from the RNC … hmmnnn. Here now, gone tomorrow. Oh wait, wasn’t that like the supposed gazillion weapons of mass destruction Saddam was collecting with Al Qaeda’s help [and I thought way before the first Trade Centre attack that they hated each other]

Now Jessica Lynch [the "rambo" girl "rescued" from an Iraqi hospital] and Pat Tillman’s [the ex Cardinals turned total patriot] real war stories are coming out. Oh guess what, the papers seems to have … AGAIN .. been doctored. Par for the record.

They should take out a leaf from Ontario’s [Canada] Bill 198 where companies are required to disclose and keep accurate records of everything they disclose on their public web sites, or anything they disclose to the public as this will come in handy in the event that there are litigations. Maybe they should employ Q4 web systems to automate their web sites and email servers and keep track of facts … UNLESS that’s the farthest thing they want. Something like a Q4 program should police the supposed police. Their technology allows for automatic creation of electronic records of all contents in real time ensuring a readily auditable trail of facts and easy retrieval of documents.

Though this system is geared more for corporate web sites, something like this should have been in place for the government anyway. Or where they thinking of Nixon’s “stupid” tapes that ultimately brought him down?

I know I’m in the US, but it’s starting to feel like I’m reliving another Erap presidency. Groan.
