Flipping Out
So there I was watching Bravo TV last night and a special preview of their new show “Flipping Out” was on close to midnight. True to hype, this one promises to be a zany, crazy semi-reality show. I forgot all of their name but the main character and Jenni, his assistant are very very interesting. Laugh Out Loud!
This guy has major OCD with a twist … he hires irreverent wacky people who feeds his insanity and are not afraid to tell him “I’m so hungry to work…” [this one from his housekeeper] to which he would reply “can you do some work first then we eat?” … LOL, who’s the boss here? He’s so anal about things, his water bottle has to be neatly aligned in the fridge or there’s hell to pay … he treats his cats to acupuncture … and he has a “Trash Guy” who’s been fired, oh maybe seven times, but he’s still part of the family. They have meals together and Jenni gave herself her own title of Executive Assistant, more like babysitter-slash-entertainer-slash-gopher-slash-crazy girlfriday.
He has a first house assistant, a second house assistant, a trash guy whose married to his executive assistant and a housekeeper. I’m still trying to figure out what exactly each one’s role is … not sure he does either .. but hey, they keep him entertained and presents a semblance of family life.
I LIKE this show. How come the gay guys are almost always cuter than the straight ones in these shows?!
