Daisy, over at blue apron, tagged me for this desktop meme. All you have to do really is take a screen shot of your desktop and post it in your blog. Why? Aren’t you ever curious how other people’s work stations look like [come on, nosy bugger, you can secretly admit to it too!]. Something like, what’s that blogger like, what’s on his/her screen, that they stare at when they blank about what to write?

So anyway, as a lot of you know by now, I just gave birth some six weeks ago and my son is just absolutely adorable [hey, the nurses, doctors and strangers say it too, so I can't be that much of a stage mama okay] with his many faces, sounds and determined body movements.

I just can’t get tired of looking at him [he sleeps in his swing when he "forgets sometimes" that all he wants to do is latch on to mommy], his facial expressions are priceless and a photographer’s dream.

I don’t really have a lot on my desktop, you really think I’d be opening all my projects and games and take a screenshot of them?! Not. =) But I like my age of empire and emperor games, I google earth most of the addresses I need to look up and I have tons of crustini folders [go figure! Duh].

so who do I tag for this meme today? Henny, Mayette and Shalee. Oh wait, I need to tag five people … baby’s crying, I can only make up three … sowwy.

A. Upon receiving this tag, immediately perform a screen capture of your desktop. It is best that no icons be deleted before the screen capture so as to add to the element of fun.

You can do a screen capture by:

[1] Going to your desktop and pressing the Print Scrn key (located on the right side of the F12 key).

[2] Open a graphics program (like Picture Manager, Paint, or Photoshop) and do a Paste (CTRL + V).

[3] If you wish, you can “edit” the image, before saving it.

For MAC users: Press [ Apple] [ Ctrl ] [ Shift ] and [ 3 ]

B. Post the picture in your blog. You can also give a short explanation on the look of your desktop just below it if you want. You can explain why you preferred such look or why is it full of icons. Things like that.

C. Tag five of your friends and ask them to give you a Free View of their desktop as well.
