Dating for Seniors
Five years ago, online dating is a foreign, frowned upon concept but these days, it’s a multimillion industry and growing. Just when you thought every possible angle has been covered — singles, metrosexuals, gays, lesbians, trannies, tattoo lovers, bikerdud[e]s, science geeks, big beautiful women … here comes senior dating for senior singles.
So how old is the oldest dater I wonder? But apparently, there IS a market out there for lonely seniors. I’ve always been thrilled when I use to see those white haired, well-seasoned old ladies and gentlemen walking along Minehaha parkways [in Minneapolis], holding hands, having fun, as if on a group date. I thought that was soo sweet!
But imagine my mom dating somebody she met online? I’m not too sure. probably because she’s my mom.
