Wow, I gather from the feedback I got from my two previous posts about EC that people were thrown for a loop, most likely because we were all caught off-guard with the changes that suddenly happen overnight.
Had been away from my blogs the last few days as hubba and I prepare the other web site for the summer season [we have a town event calendar going around here] and just got back to reading the blog at Entrecard.
Appears, folks over there realized [or at least I hope they did!] that implementing changes without notice is not really a feel-good community fostering event. So, there’s an entry in their recent update (yesterday, 12th, http://entrecard.com/blog/?p=278) which says, and I quote,
“Thanks everyone for your patience with these changes, some further small changes may be necessary in the near future, however they will be nothing like as dramatic, and any changes of significance will be communicated well in advance via email to everyone with an account and a live widget”
That’s nice. Oh and have you guys noticed the color-coded widgets when you browse through the categories, I really like that on, it keeps track of your drops and who you advertised with. Plus the new search functionality helps narrow the blogs you want displayed which is great if you’re looking for certain blogs to advertise on.
One thing I’m clueless about is the “chat” notice they’re talking about in their blog. It’s supposed to appear when someone from the EC team is online then we can shoot them Q’s right away. Do you happen to know where it’s at?

I liked being able to see which ones were available, it doesn’t look like you can do that anymore so you have to search through a ton of people with an 8-day queue which is annoying.
