Comfort and Style

Dockers is holding a Dockers contest over at NBC.com.

We all know that Dockers is synonymous to comfort and style at an affordable price. Rob used to say he won’t be caught dead in those “preppy boys clothes” because he’s Harley Davidson. That is, until I got him a pair of Dockers Oxford shoes, pants and shirt. Now he wears them everywhere.

These are my favorite pants, you can roll them up capri-style or pull them down for full pants. You can dress them up or dress them down, you can roll all over the sand or dine at Front St. I like them. I think my baby does too, specially the pull tabs at the bottom that he likes to chew on.

If my jeans could talk, these pair would say “Rescue Me!” I’ve had these for some four years and they’re the first pair I reach for when I go out or stay in to play with the baby. A day in my pants include being a “wipee” as the baby finishes breakfast and wipes his face on my pant leg to clean himself up [I don't know how he came up with that!], it crawls in tight spaces to retrieve mr. cupcake and froggie frog … rolls around the sand like a mad dog, waiting with the baby, for the tide to come in. In the VERY rare occassion that I can [FINALLY !!!] leave the baby for an hour’s break, these pants get a steaming [yes, I RECYCLE] and paired with my “up to there” platform wedged shoes for a stroll through town with the hubba. And when I come home, my pants endure the baby’s pulling as he crawls and eats the pull tabs at the bottom as if saying, hello mommy, could I have one last bite of your jeans please.

So what’s your pant story? Submit it as a video to the Dockers TV Commercial Contest and watch it air on the Today Show with Jay Leno. Are you brave enough to share your pant story?
